Default Overpricing = I'm screwed? Fellblades

I Want to get a perfect Zealous Fellblade of Enchanting 15>50, but everyone is asking for between 30k-300k on the site auction, and in-game they're insanely hard to find someone selling one, and the people that are are ALSO asking for a psychotic amount of gold for them. How am I supposed to get one? From what I've heard from... everyone, anyone would be lucky to get 10k from me for one. (They actually told me that it's pretty much worthless).

tbh the price market is ridiculous, a lot of things are well overpriced.

just so you know, you can craft a 15^50 sword at some weaponsmith or get one from a collector. ya its not as pretty but will do the job.

then use the upgrades you will have to buy on it

you can always take your 10k, buy obsidian keys, and get the fellblade yourself.

fellblades are VERY overpriced. With all the factions swords out, Fellblades should be nil compared to most Factions skins. I get atleast one decent fellblade drop every couple of days while troll farming, so i dunno why you'd wanna go out with obsidian keys into Fissure for somethign damn common in Southern Shiverpeaks.

That doesn't make sense. I got a 13%^50 req 10 fellblade a while back and it only cost me 5k. Inflation what a stupid concept.

It's a luxury item. You're not "screwed", you just don't have the money to essentially waste on such a weapon.

I Mean I'm screwed if I want one.
What's the best place to farm for max damage gold Fellblades?
And anyone that would pay 100k + Ectos for a Fellblade needs to be pimp slapped -_- that's the same price as a mini Kuunavang or piece of Obsidian armor.
-Edit- There aren't any crafters that make fellblades, let alone max damage ones, are there?

1) save up gold and when you find a good deal get it.
2) 10k !!! not to sould rude/mean but that's a total rip off. a zealous mod a lone is close to 10k.
3) i'll understand and apoligze if your an adult w/ a full time job, kids, life, etc.. and just like to own on. if your not go back and read #1

so when setting attributes in PVP or PvE you set swordsmanship to 7 for that 1 mil sword you (or anyone) paid for? and the rest in stats in str or tatc etc.....

i dont' do alot of PVP but in my PvE my swordsmanship is at 12 or maxed out... dont' care about req. i find bosting up it to max helps do more damage and not some 100k++ req 8 sword at 8 swordsmanship.

^ITs the +5 armor. if im not wrong enchanting mode is much more expensive because of all the 55 monks

and ya most of the time your swordsmanship is maxed out, but low req weapons give you more flexiblity. so you can have a lond stance (tactics) AND do decent damage with your sword. i know alot of builds where you cant affrord to bring your main weapon to 10, you need pts in other places. and its for all melee classes. like Solo FOW with ranger. you cant afford to put 10 in marksmanship, but you NEED the damage, so here you go, req 9 or 8 bows. its like an investmant.

but if you never change your buld to something diffrent then damage dealing ONLY, and 1 or 2 sdtances/enchantments then ya go for 13 req

I Guess I'll just save up 30k and buy one, that shouldn't be real hard to earn.
I don't care if most people try selling those for 50k+, it's not like anyone actually buys those from them.
-Edit- Wait, how much would a perfect Zealous Fellblade of Enchanting with +15% while enchanted cost?

Go for a 14>50 one, the price will be a lot less and the 1% is not even noticable or worth worrying about.

TBH I'd rather have a cheap 13 or 14>50 desired skin and customise it for the extra 20% than pay 100k+ecto for 15>50 then be frightened to customise because of the value (not withstanding that extra 1% is bugger all anyway - so just throwing money away).

I wanted an Oni blade but no way was I paying the stupid amounts I was quoted even for a 14>50 gold one, so I bought a purple 14>50 one for 5k, stuck my choice of mods on and customised it - nice cheap sword with the look I like.

Cool, thanks Pompey. I Thought that if I added mods to a gold item (even if it had no mods) that it would remove the 15>50 type effect. So, it only ruins the weapon if it's going over another mod it started with? Or is it just with green items that you can't re-mod them?

The damage mod is inherent and cannot be altered or removed by upgrades. You can only change the prefix (Hilt eg. Fiery, Zealous etc) and suffix mods (Pommel eg. Enchanting, Fortitude).

Get a high Req Fellablade and save some money
